For help tracking your order please fill in the contact us form and provide your name and order number.
The sample collection kit will contain:
The instructions will tell you exactly how to collect your sample, please then return the sample to the return address for processing.
Once receiving saliva sample (this will count as day 0) we aim to have your sample processed and piece made within 5 – 7 working days (working days Mon – Friday, 9 am –5 pm)

Please ensure you have not had anything to eat or drink at least 1 hour before taking your sample.
After we have processed your sample, we do not store any DNA profiles, they are immediately discarded. This means that if you would like another piece of jewellery you will need to order another kit like the first time.
Identical twins share the same DNA profile, so you would receive the same design. For everyone else (over 99% of people), your DNA pattern is completely unique to you.
If you are an identical twin, your matching necklaces represent the special bond you share—jewellery that’s scientifically yours together.
We want you to love your necklace. If you need to cancel before we start lab work, we’ll refund you in full. Once your DNA analysis has started, we can’t offer refunds as your piece is custom-made just for you. But we’re confident you’ll love it—all our customers do!
