Is the DNA kit included in the price?
Yes. Your DNA collection kit is included free with every order, along with free UK tracked delivery.
How long will my order take?
Your finished piece is delivered within 7 to 14 working days of the laboratory receiving your sample.
What is the difference between the silver, pearl and gold pieces?
Silver is 925 hallmarked sterling silver (£299); pearl pairs freshwater pearl with sterling silver fittings (£299); and gold features 9ct gold tubes and clasps with gold-filled beads and extender (£699). All three carry five 4mm semi-precious stones from a palette of eleven.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if production has not started, you can cancel for a full refund. Once your sample has been sent to the laboratory and analysis begins, the piece is in production and can no longer be cancelled or refunded, as it is made uniquely from your DNA.
